Extremely complex skull.
The muscle insertions are marked in detail.
The hyoid bone is wired in place.
The eye sockets are painted in a psychedelic manner.
Both eye sockets have a man made hole, one near the bottom of the socket the other near the top of the socket.
I believe these two holes were made in the skull to show the correct and incorrect location for performing a lobotomy through the eye orbit.
The area around the teeth has been cut away in places.
Some of the teeth are painted in green, others in orange.
