Invalid Feeding Spoon

1080-38 . . . Sick Feeding Spoon. This spoon could be used to give liquid medicine and could also be used to serve broth or light soups. The spoon has six hallmarks and a makers mark on the handle. I am not sure if it is silver or just silver plated. It is in excellent condition.
